Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through web chat services. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, assistance with orders, and resolve any issues or complaints. 2. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively. 4. Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions and upselling products or services to customers. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer interactions and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment.

Requirements: 1. A strong desire to succeed and a confident demeanor. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat support capacity. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant tools. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
