Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our remote team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and supporting various teams within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team if necessary. 3. Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. 5. Providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Hardworking and dedicated mindset. 3. Strong critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
