Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at EMC in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through web chat to provide support, answer queries, and drive sales.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues - Generate sales leads and follow up on potential leads - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers proactively - Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Motivated and energetic personality traits
