The Executive Producer will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-profile game projects from concept to launch. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in game production, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the vision, quality, and delivery of our next big title.

Key Duties Include

• Oversee all aspects of game production, ensuring alignment with the studio's strategic vision and goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including publishers, partners, and key vendors
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance are met throughout the development cycle
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression
• Optimise resource allocation to balance team workload and maximize productivity
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform project direction and innovation

• Experience in game development with significant experience at senior producer level on AAA titles
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively
