ABOUT

Redwood Search are delighted to represent a well-known Worcester-based business, seeking a Marketing Executive to join their dynamic and growing marketing team. This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the Marketing Manager in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving ROI, enhancing brand awareness, generating valuable leads, and maintaining a market-leading position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage email campaigns
• Coordinate campaign releases with the sales team
• Organise sales product training sessions
• Create and manage customer case studies
• Conduct competitor research
• Arrange attendance at trade events
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team
• Update website content
• Manage social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
• Track and report progress and results in the marketing plan
• Inform customers about product demos
• Oversee internal company communications
• Maintain branded template documents
• Create video content
• Collaborate with external partners such as videographers and website developers
• Maintain a library of marketing collateral
• Work closely with the entire company, including sales and the events team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Highly organised with a positive inclination to engage and motivate the sales team about campaigns
• Open to personal and professional development

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• B2B Marketing
• Ability to understand and interpret marketing data
• Experience with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Real-Time Marketing
• Project management experience
• Design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
