Job Description - Logistics Administrator

Pure are working exclusivity with a growing organisation who are looking for a Key Account Administrator.

You will be processing orders from customers as directed and managing one of the client's biggest Account holder. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

The successful applicant will contribute at all times ensuring a team effort is achieved by applying a “can do” attitude to the working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

To complete all paperwork promptly and accurately and in accordance with Legislation.
Report to the General Manager/Planners any issues surrounding the transport administrative function.
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements in our depot as directed by the senior management team
To take ownership of the administrative function throughout the transport operational process
Respond to customer Requests immediately
Excellent Customer Service skills for being relationships with key account client

Key Specification:

The individual must be flexible and able to work in a team based environment.

Previous experience of working in an administrative role
Must be fully IT conversant with packages such as MS Word / Excel and e-mail.
Good communicator within a team based environment
Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Attention to detail
Numeracy and Literacy skills are essential
Works with minimal supervision and is prepared to use own initiative
Previous experience of working in an administrative role within a Logistics Environment would be advantageous

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
