Accounting technician

VANRATH is delighted to announce a partnership with a prominent manufacturing company in Belfast, who are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join their expanding Finance Function. - Competitive benefits package Responsibilities: As an Accounting Technician, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing purchase order administration and processing invoices to the ERP system
- Document management of invoices and statements
- Costing invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Efficiently resolving queries and communicating with suppliers
- Reconciling company accounts
- Assisting with management accounts
- Providing cover for payroll duties Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts, preferably as a finance officer, Accounting Technician, or Accounts Assistant
- IATI qualified or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills
