Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for a 4 week contract on a rate of £13.68/hour PAYE. This role will be based onsite. The working hours are 21 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday 08:30-16:30 with 1 hour’s lunch.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with incoming calls and emails from customers, external stakeholders and internal departments.
- Approve online applications for Subway Smartcards.
- Accurately maintain customer details on the Subway Cardholder Management System (CMS) or other relevant systems.
- Undertake a range of customer processes using the CMS including replacement of damaged or lost Smartcards, hotlisting and refulfilment of products.
