An opportunity has arisen to join the Emergency Assessment Centre, working as Administrative Support to the Higher level Medical Secretary in Emergency Medicine (A&E).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated staff member to join our existing team, delivering high quality and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the service.
Provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service for the Secretary/PA, prioritising work to ensure deadlines are met.
Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications, word processing, Microsoft publisher, producing presentations using PowerPoint, maintaining databases on excel and access.

As part of the Admin and secretarial team, the post holder will be part of a small and friendly team of staff that are dedicated and enthusiastic. They pride themselves on delivering a first class service to patients, consultants and the emergency and acute medicine teams.
