Job Description - Administrator for Pensions

Hours of Work: 40 Hours - Monday-Friday 0800 - 1700 Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, this role is required to conduct and oversee all administrative functions within Peterhead Shared Services Team including control of documentation and verification of system transactions. Maintain housekeeping standards within the Warehouse and operating areas.

  • Liaise with the internal and external personnel, as required, building effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing.
  • Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team.
  • Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite and a practical understanding of data entry and reporting applications, specifically in SAP.
