Estimator (Civils) £70,000+ Benefits Portsmouth Full-Time / Permanent

You will be joining a well-established and regarded company as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work from their Hampshire office. YOUR NEW ROLE

1. Project monthly figures
2. Client meetings/visits
3. Provide costs of proposed projects
4. Identify commercial risks and be capable of responding accordingly
5. Monitoring finance of estimated contracts
6. Detailed report writing of costs and progress for all clients
7. Monitor of subcontractors
8. Mentoring the junior Quantity Surveyors

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You must have proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator within the Civils sector. Experienced in managing all projects from conception to completion, commercial tenders, groundworks and Civils experience, working on high-value projects - £7 million mark, and hold a valid UK driving licence.
