Contract Manufacturing Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the most exciting Defence projects in the UK! We are working with a market leading defence company who has just won a Multi-Billion-Pound (!!!) ministry of defence contract to manufacture state of the art military equipment. With a huge period of growth, this is a huge opportunity to be part of something that really matters.

We need a proven Manufacturing Engineer to provide business critical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring SAP routings for efficient kitting and build ease.
• Developing standard operations across various production modules.
• Providing training and support to build Technicians on the shopfloor.
• Leading problem-solving and process improvement activities.
• Coordinating cross-functional team efforts for cost optimization and waste reduction.

Rate - £35-40 per hour Umbrella.
