Key Responsibilities:
Draft applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies for property and affairs.
Manage statutory will applications and gift applications.

Ensure that all matters are conducted in accordance with detailed procedures, quality standards, and best practice guidelines.
Supervise and guide junior colleagues in their fee-earning work, providing mentorship and support.
Participate in marketing activities at a firm-wide, departmental, or office level to enhance visibility and promote the team’s services.
Maintain strong working relationships with external third parties, institutions, and organisations, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
