the role. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive. As the frontline point of contact for our company, you'll be instrumental in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and fostering positive relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via email
• Handle around 400-500 email correspondences daily
• Create quotes for shipments and orders ranging from individual pallets to large-scale projects involving up to 500 containers.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and delivery options.
• Occasionally deal with enquiries over the telephone. why you should apply. We really need someone to come from a background in Transport/ Warehouse/ Storage industry. High attention to detail is essential along with experience creating complex quotes at an extremely fast pace.
