Leeds LS9

£24,000 per annum

  • Office-based role
  • 24 days holiday
  • Free parking
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Company Overview: Elevation Recruitment is proud to represent a Leeds based wholesaler, renowned for its quality products and exceptional customer service. Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, providing excellent customer service, and efficiently handling complaints. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a thriving business, contributing to its continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues or concerns
  • Manage complaints effectively, striving for positive resolutions
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales team

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator,:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales administration or customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM software is advantageous
