Role Statement: The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing our Engineering Clients to ensure that the company’s needs are met by acting as a liaison between Actalent and the Client. This role requires fluency in German, project management skills and keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client facing role within an Engineering Services Provider as well as excellent communication skills and is able to work closely with various teams within the organisation by building strong relationships. Experience: -Engineering experience with demonstrable experience in a team leadership role -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred -Experience of working with German and other European clients -Experience working with clients of £100 million in turnover is a plus - Technical -Working knowledge of 2 or more CAD programmes; Solid Works, Catia or similar -Knowledge of the Product development lifecycle -Proven experience with both Excel, PowerPoint and Engineering PDM systems Project Management Skills -Managed one or more projects at one time -Experience in traditional and agile project management methodologies preferred -Experience managing and delivering a product to complex customer requirements -Financial management and reporting experience -Time management and organizational skills -Demonstrable project data/ risk analysis and correlation / mitigation skills -Comfortable with implementing effective change management strategies -Performance tracking and reporting as requested -Responsible for aligning all project stakeholders on the project plan People skills -Able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Experience presenting solutions to clients -Able to effectively problem solve to clients needs, across a range of people related topics -Excellent Customer service skills Role Specifics -Full time Permanent position -Requirement to travel across UK and Europe to client and company offices as and when required - Role Benefits -Competitive salary -Hybrid work model. -Private Medical Insurance from 6 months, including gym discounts and more -Life assurance -25 days starting holiday -Pension scheme -Access to a discount portal platform -Leisure allowance -24/7 Employee Assistance Program
