We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working Distribution Supervisor to ensure that all customers both internal and external, receive the best experience possible by achieving all departmental quality and performance KPIs.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Distribution Supervisor to oversee our Distribution operations. The Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of warehouse management systems, and experience in logistics and materials handling.

Duties:

- Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling

- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimise productivity

- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits

- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business processes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Distribution Supervisor or a similar relevant role

- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures

- Ability to manage a team effectively and provide clear direction

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organisational and time management skills
