Finance and Marketing Administrator Location Oldbury :
Toplabs Prosthetics are seeking a full-time marketing and finance administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with preferred experience in the dental laboratory industry.
As a marketing and finance administrator working full-time, you will be responsible for contributing to overall success of a high-performing organisation and promoting the company brand through positive interactions with customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier and customer payments.
- Client relationship management.
- Manage social media outlets, including the creation of content and marketing literature.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Processing of supplier and customer payments.
- Speaking with clients to build relationships.
- Must be able to obtain traceable, reproducible, and reliable results with limited supervision.
- Day-to-day dental laboratory operations.
- Serve as a liaison between internal dental departments to ensure laboratory case deadlines are met and delivered to clients.
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in managing finances for a small to medium sized business.
- Having a history of working in a production dental laboratory is a plus.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Having experience working at a fast-growing office is a plus.
- Proficient with current computer systems including Microsoft Office and emails.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Autonomous self-organiser who can balance and organise own schedule and day to maximize productivity.
- Excellent communications skills.
