WHATARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
As a Head Bartender youwill assist in driving service and exceed our guests’ expectations along withcreating, preparing and mixing drinks too. Having worked in a 4* or highclass establishment you will have outstanding customer service skills alongwith a passion for the industry and what you do. Having attention to detailand enthusiasm is required to ensure the customer is delivered the ultimateservice standards they expect and deserve.You will be expected to have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience,

WHATYOU’LL DO … 
As Head Bartender, youwill receive orders and serve guests requests completely and timely whistmaintaining the highest level of service. You will create and serve a rangeof beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinksetc. You will keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at alltime and have a good understanding of wines and spirits.
