With 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants. You willtake pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience You will be a passionate and highly motivated Team player withtheability to inspire your team You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/loungeand across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience You will respond quickly to take orders and meticulously deliver to the guest bedrooms As our Room Service Waiter/Waitress ,you will receive: Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – these increase with service! Salary: £12.42 per hour plusgenerous Service Charge Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in!)
