HR Manager - Industrial Relations Permanent H9 are partnering with a leading national business to hire for a HR Manager to lead the company’s Industrial Relations operation. This is a hybrid role, with main office in Birkenhead, with travel to sites across the UK. The role will have responsibility for managing Industrial Relations across the business. The role would suit an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner with strong union experience. Manage IR across the organisaiton working closely with unions and the HR team Responsible for all IR related projects Managing change and transformation Ability to travel to sites across the UK when required
