Job Description - Human Resources Operations Specialist

HR Operations Lead with Learning and Development Responsibilities - 6 Month FTC

Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex

Salary: £500-600 p/d - Outside IR35

Paritas are partnered with a subsidiary of a leading multinational Manufacturing and Industrial firm. We are now looking for a Human Resources Operational Lead with transitioning, L&D and onboarding experience to join the team to tackle a global project on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The project is a global transformation project across Information System organisation specifically for Vacuum Technique and will require the successful candidate to lead, implement and execute elements relating to the transformation plan.

The HR Operations Lead will focus on the transition of the people into their new roles whilst onboarding them successfully with the correct L&D in line with the project alignments. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Agile methodologies and is SAFE certified.
