Job Description - Integrity Education Officer

This role has a starting salary of £30,738 per annum based on 36 hours per week across 39 weeks per year (term-time) pro-rata to 35,730 full-time equivalent. We are excited to be hiring a new Programme Manager to join our fantastic North East Access to Education (A2E) Service based in Weybridge. This role is open to hybrid working – you do not need to be in the office for five full days a week however you will need to travel regularly around the Noth East Surrey area as part of your working week. Learning and development hub where you can access a wealth of resources About the team Our A2E Service provides education for pupils aged 5-16 who are out of full-time education, often due to medical reasons, complex SEND needs or social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be joining a dedicated team which consists of an Area Lead, Teachers and educational support staff, offering vital support to our local children, young people and their families. As a Programme Manager you will report to the Area Lead and coordinate a flexible service. Monitoring support plans and managing staff timetables Overseeing requests for support and liaising with schools on pupil reintegration Reviewing referrals, planning student programmes, conducting home visits and performing risk assessments Shortlisting criteria If you have experience of working with vulnerable children, young people and their families, have an administrative and logical approach, as well as excellent IT skills with knowledge of data management, then we would love to hear from you! Confidence in managing data and using Office software including data management systems A professional and approachable manner when dealing with parents, children and young people and other professionals building strong effective relationships with all partners and the wider community knowledge of school systems and SEND You must be willing and able to travel extensively across the North East of Surrey which includes both urban and rural areas This could be to discuss flexible working requests, transferable skills, or any barriers to employment.
