Lettings Administrator

Office Angels have partnered with a leading Estate Agents based in Sheffield, S10 who have an outstanding reputation within their field. Role: Lettings Administrator

Salary: £25,000pa plus commision

Location: Sheffield

Contract: Permanent | Full time working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:30am-1pm

Duties:

• Deal with office administration and incoming enquiries


• Respond to clients in a timely manner, offering excellent customer service


• Arrange property viewings


• Deal with tenant applicants whilst updating landlords accordingly


• Work collaboratively with the wider team, always striving for success


• Supporting with property viewings when required

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience working within lettings / property would be a distinct advantage but not essential


• Experience providing excellent customer service with great communication skills


• Strong organisation skills with a keen eye for detail


• IT skills including the use of Outlook, Word and internal databases


• Due to the occasional need to conduct property viewings access to a car would be desirable
