Think Agency Creative, Strategy, Media, PR and Data/CRM, all working side by side, solving problems as one collaborative team with the client. This role will join their embedded agency model, working with a major High Street bank. Their innovative model provides clients with a dedicated on-site creative and production team, delivering high quality, large volume, fast turnaround creative solutions across all channels. Right now, they’re seeking a dedicated Email Marketing Developer to answer the call of an in-demand service and deliver for a big client over the long-term. As their new Email Marketing Developer you’ll come with strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS, as well as experience with email marketing platforms such as Stensul, Email for Taxi, Pure360, Adobe Campaign or Salesforce. Building and maintaining responsive and accessible email components which follow email best practice. Test emails and troubleshoot rendering issues across various browsers, email clients and devices. Perform QA across Email CRM Team. Liaising closely with client’s deployment team. Driving design and build best practice by consulting with teams in the agency, providing strategic input on comms content and journeys. Experienced in email marketing & has a good understanding of email build tools and data segmentation. Very good understanding of UX and UI Principles. Deep understanding of email design and user experience best-practice. Understanding the limitations and capabilities of coding for email. Deep understanding of email best practice from both a coding and design perspective. Advanced, hands-on user experience of a range of email channel tools including: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, XD and Dreamweaver) and Figma. Proficient with Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency with understanding data (Desirable).
