Our client who are an independent corrugated cardboard packaging business, are focused on delivering innovative customer centric solutions and high-quality products to help their customers grow, are currently on the look out for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment. The role is hands on and requires strong mechanical and or electrical knowledge and problem solving skills. Ensuring machine maintenance programmes are followed Maintaining and improving housekeeping practices Adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures Monitoring machine quality to ensure high standards are maintained Installation, PPM and reactive maintenance Mechanical/Hydraulics/Pneumatics Electrical/PLC troubleshooting Ability to work alone and under pressure Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery operations Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques for troubleshooting mechanical issues Salary ranging from £45K (Depending on experience) Company pension Free parking Cycle to work scheme Career progression
