A fast-paced, growing company based in Kingston are looking for a switched on and organised Operations Administrator to join their team.
Job Description
* Daily processing of orders and invoices * Dealing with phone calls, queries and operational issues * Dealing with all tasks from the daily task sheet and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. * Dealing with credit requests and customer claims
The Successful Applicant
* To have customer service and administration background would be beneficial * Strong organisational and time management skills * Keen attention to detail and can use their initiative * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. * Resilient and adaptable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
