Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in London, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes remotely, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: 1. Generate and send out invoices to customers 2. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies 3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date 4. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger 5. Work closely with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or disputes 6. Perform monthly financial reporting related to accounts receivable 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation 8. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software 6. Adaptable and energetic personality traits 7. Creativity and people management skills 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
