Job Description:
Expedia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position will require the Online Support Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of online support for Expedia.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online support specialists to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the online support process and optimize efficiency - Monitor and analyze online support metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular training sessions for online support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online support to continuously improve processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - 8+ years of experience in online support or a similar role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team - Excellent project management skills - Strong research skills to identify and implement best practices - Reliable and able to work under pressure - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
