Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Apple is seeking a passionate and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and information on Apple products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Apple products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed agreed-upon performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Passion for technology and willingness to learn about Apple products and services - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
