Retail Merchandise Supervisor

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum +benefits package Brief Overview: Forsyth Barnes are searching for an Junior Head of Merchandising or Experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to join an expanding team with a growing retailer. This individual will be responsible for their UK store expansions across a three year growth trajectory. Duties and responsibilities Define and develop a strategic supply chain plan that aligns with overall business objectives, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, production scheduling, logistics and distribution. Collaborate with senior commercial counterparts to support the business plan and drive sales and margin growth. Ensure operational results and KPI targets are met through performance management and team development. Requirements and qualifications Experience as Junior Head of Merchandising or Experienced Senior Merchandising Manager for a retailer, experience within Apparel would be desirable but not essential Strong communication skills, experience supporting exec and director level Team Leader and Manager, demonstrable experience managing and coaching teams
