Company Overview: Established in 1998, Well Lead Medical is a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical devices in China. We develop, manufacture and sell a wide range of medical devices to our customers around the world, focusing on Urology, Endourology, Anaesthesia, Respiratory, Hemodialysis, Pain management and Home Care products. We are now expanding our operations to Peru. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative for our subsidiary in Peru and drive sales growth in the region. Position Overview: As the Sales Representative for our the UK subsidiary, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably within the medical consumable industry, and have industry connections and existing resources. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market of the UK and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts. Conduct market research and gather relevant information on market trends. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services and expand our network. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Existing network and resources within the medical industry in the UK.
