Acivico are currently looking to strengthen our Cost Management team in Birmingham and are keen to appoint an experienced Principal Quantity Surveyor to support us in delivering a wide range of upcoming projects across the West Midlands. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our business and provide all core Quantity Surveying services across our buoyant pipeline. We are also looking for someone who has a proven track record for delivering high quality work across complex projects/programmes and someone who has an ability to maintain and develop relationships with our core Clients and stakeholders. Our team in Birmingham are currently delivering several exciting and complex projects across the city within sectors including Education, Leisure, Commercial and Housing. Acivico prides itself in providing a high level of commercial service to our customers and we are fully committed in developing our staff both professionally and personally. This coupled with our ability to offer a wide range of project experience supports our people in fulfilling their potential and making a positive contribution to construction projects across the region. Acivico are looking for a candidate that not only has strong technical ability but someone who is able to help enhance our service offering. Candidates with MRICS or equivalent qualifications are desirable for this role.
