Service Co-Ordinator / Customer Service

Service / Engineering Coordinator Due to additional customer demand, a manufacturer of specialist equipment based in Witney require a Service/Engineering Coordinator. You will be part of a small but skilled team, who focus on product quality and quality of service to their customers. You will be responsible for the provision and delivery of equipment to customer sites, plus the coordination and supply of skilled service and commissioning engineers. Good communication skills are key, along with an engineering or technical aptitude. Previous materials control, parts experience or customer service experience is highly desirable. A Driver's License is required for occasional assistance with the delivery of parts or components. This position is both varied and interesting and will provide someone with a great opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, in an engineering/technical environment.
