Job Description: As a Live Chat Manager at Computer Sciences, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's live chat support operations. This role will require you to work from home on a part-time basis, providing support to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing a team of live chat agents to ensure exceptional customer service is provided - Monitoring and analyzing live chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall live chat experience for customers - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Training new agents on live chat procedures and protocols - Reporting on key performance metrics and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively
