Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position, offering the flexibility to work from home. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and improve operational processes - Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures - Support the management team in developing strategies to achieve operational goals - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations - Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of relevant experience in operations or supply chain management - Energetic and driven personality with a strong work ethic - Excellent research and analytical skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
