Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Sempra Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess a resourceful and driven personality. Additionally, the successful candidate will exhibit strong soft skills in persuasion and leadership.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resourceful and driven personality. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred. 8. Soft skills in persuasion and leadership.
