Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As a member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the online accounts receivable process for our restaurant network. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and reconcile online customer payments - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in online transactions - Prepare and send out invoices to online customers - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Provide support to customers with billing inquiries and issues - Develop and implement processes to streamline the accounts receivable process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of online transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Confidence in handling online transactions and customer payments - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies - Reliable and able to work independently - Creative problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
