Online Web Chat Officer

Job description:

BlackRock is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, technical support, and general customer service issues - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance during their online experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Utilize creativity and effective communication skills to problem solve and address customer concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with our IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and provide feedback for website improvements - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think creatively and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
