Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at Epic Games, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide technical support for our products and services - Assist with customer onboarding and account setup - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with gaming or tech industries is a plus
