Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Kelly Services is seeking a resilient and reliable Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time employee in an entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and promote products or services. 3. Provide accurate information to customers and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 4. Update customer records in the database and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate customer issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution. 6. Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible service to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and share innovative ideas with the team.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software a plus. 6. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. 7. Must be persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
