Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee remote client support operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client support processes and procedures. 3. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Provide technical support and guidance to clients using company products and services. 6. Train and mentor junior client support staff to ensure consistent service delivery. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client support activities. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve client support strategies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in client support or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. 5. Hardworking and adaptable nature to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Cooperative attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members. 7. Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems. 8. Experience with CRM software and other client support tools. 9.
