Job Description - Client Support Officer


Job Description:


Dominion Resources, a leading energy provider in London, England, is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for driven and energetic individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating schedules, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Assist with planning and organizing client events and meetings - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better support clients


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency - Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
