Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, independent, creative, and have strong project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests - Maintain client records and documentation in an organized manner - Assist in developing and implementing creative solutions to improve client experience - Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders - Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of insurance industry practices is a plus
