Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team at Accenture in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services


Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
