Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Nucor is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess strong project management and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Provide coaching and training to contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management - Work with IT to ensure that contact center technology is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in contact center management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center software - Experience with remote work environments is a plus
