Job Description - Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Emerson Electric, a global leader in technology and engineering solutions, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time Associate Level position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and possess a driven and dedicated personality.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Use CRM software to log and track customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Experience working in a remote setting is preferred - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
