Job Description:


Exxon Mobil is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer support to stay ahead of the curve.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong planning and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
