Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description: Citizens Financial Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team based in London, England, UK. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and product information. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Use customer feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Confidence and independence to work remotely and handle customer inquiries effectively. 3. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers. 4. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
