Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Identify areas of improvement in customer support processes and suggest solutions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Reliable and driven with a strong work ethic - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
